PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT
1) All advertisements will be placed for approval before requesting payment.
2) Please review and proofread your ad carefully. We are not responsible for errors in your ad.
3) Mothers Over 40 does not guarantee sales as a result of advertising on this site. Therefore, all advertising monies paid are non-refundable.
4) Payment can be made in one of two ways: Paypal or by cheque (check). Details on where to send payment will be provided upon advertising.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADVERTISERS
Accuracy
The Webmaster of this website cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part and the advertiser indemnifies The Webmaster of this website against all costs, expenses and losses arising out of a claim relating to the content of an advertisement. Advertisers are responsible for keeping their availability accurate and up-to-date by informing the Webmaster of this website of any bookings. Advertisers should inform us immediately of any material change required in the description of the property.
Liability
The Webmaster of this website does not warrant that the operation of this website site will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall The Webmaster of this website be liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits.
Termination of Advertising
If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from this website before the end of their subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds will be made.
The Webmaster of this website reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for the website and will not be liable for any loss or expense in so doing.
If it is found that an advertisement has been placed under false pretences e.g. it contains hidden code that compromises this website, or the experiences of users of this website, or it causes a page within this website on which the advertisement appears to load as another website and not this one, the Webmaster reserves the right to remove the advertisement(s) immediately, with no refund. In addition, legal steps may be taken to recover any costs incurred, or earnings lost, as a result of this.
In the unlikely event of the discontinuation of this website, no refunds will be made to any advertiser whose advertisement has appeared for more one week or more.
